a lot of latency, crash, bug, forced out of instant and close it

it's only few min that i forced out of my map
trying to login and go back to my hideout

once i can enter my hideout, my portal to my map gone?

Yeah so this happens sometimes. I have had this happen 2-3 times this whole league. There is not much you can do. Other than refreshing your IP address via command prompt/resetting your internet, this is one of those "it is what it is" kinda things.
