No way of changing primary mouse button?

I am left handed so my mouse is in my left hand, and right click is actually left click for me... There is no way to change this in game. Most modern games have they ability to swap everything around but I can't in this game? I could change the loot pick up button to my actual right click but then I lose that button for movement.

I think you guys made it so you couldn't swap things so that people couldn't automate one skill like 6 years ago before you couldn't automate flasks.. maybe its time you take a look at this to seems like a very outdated principal.
