horrible ping up to 20k

been having alot of trouble with latency ive check my end and its fine, is there no way to improve server on poe end??? since its barely playable and clearly im not the only one, extremely sad to see the same problem come up every time and no improvement.

id be nice to at least know if GGG intend to fix this issue or not, really tired of wasting my time or have top wait 11h pm to play.
