Sunprism contagion MTX not display correctly

What it looks like for me.

You can see there are almost no on kill effect.

Spec:
7700x
64gb ddr5
4070ti super (576.88), Playing at 4K


Tried:
Redownload Content.ggpk.
Reinstall GPU driver with DDU.
Tried Vulkan, dx11, dx12.
Texture filtering from Trilinear to 16x.
Number of light low to high.
Switch texture from med to high.
Window fullscreen to fullscreen.
Change resolution.
clean bios and reset my gpu setting(uv).

Non worked.

If yours work fine please let me know, maybe i should reinstall windows.
