Unable to login with my existing character, stuck in loading screen

I am unable to login with my existing characters to the game but after a little while I start hearing the voices from the town but still stuck in loading screen, timed it couple times and over 8 minutes in the loading screen and no progress, but then, I tried making a new character and it loads instantly, tried with multiple different servers but no difference.
