Server latency spikes

Game is becoming unplayable. NZ/AU servers usually 15-40ms but spiking into the 300ms+ to 5kms randomly. Powerpoint presentations have more flow than the servers atm. Anyone know any fix to this? I've tried a few things, pinging my ISP to different servers etc any other game/stream works fine. It is only POE that seems to be affected by whatever is happening.

I am also experience lag and latency in NA. It is unplayable with all the choppiness and delays. Even the audio is clipping. However, I can play perfectly fine on my console. What gives?
