The Moscow realm disconnects - Information.

As this has issue continues and is making the game unplayable I have been looking at possible reasons. Unfortunately, as stated by GGG, technical support is no longer available via email and the only possible recourse to finding help is to present the information here.

As has been stated here and here as well as various posts in the Russian forum. There is an issue with the hosting provided by Psychz Networks.
For the last few days disconnects happen approximately every hour. Each time the IP address of the instance server that fails is in the range hosted by Psychz Networks.

Digging deeper. when looking at a failed address, from my location, the address is unreachable via any probe. (My IP address has been blocked)

As an example from today:

However, when using the Psychz Networks Moscow Looking Glass the node is available and responds.





Also, if I change my router IP address or use a VPN the node responds



This leads me to suspect there may be a configuration issue with the Psychz Networks DDoS protection which is kicking (Russian?) users out incorrectly.


I considered opening a ticket with Psychz Networks but I believe there should be dialogue between Psychz Networks tech support and GGG to resolve this.
