What should I try farming next?

I am using 3 harb scarabs for +3 Harbs, Regency (50% boss), warhoards (double shards), and map device harbs for another +3.

I have probably made around 100d by selling scarabs and fractured orbs, if not more, and I recently added delirium just to get more, but im wondering if there is something more rewarding but also financially stable.

Blight i dont mind
Breach i think i could survive
Ritual i find boring but ill do if rewarding
Abyss i would do if more financially rewarding than Harbs
I'll never do Delve, Einhart, or Forbidden Sanctum, just boring for me
Legion I don't mind but i would be shocked if better
I dont mind doing Alva but i dont actually get the bargain/interrogate to get the boss run at end quickly.

Any suggestions what to aim for? I am running VFS.
Buffed my dps on character sheet is 228,000 although poe ninja shows it as 3.1mil
