Act 1 town bug when login in with a character

I tried to login with one of my chars in standard, and it was bugged, could not enter the char by any means. Other chars where fine, just this one char that could not login. The bug was on the character login screen, abnormal disconnection.
i tried to change the gateway from São Paulo to Canada East, it worked, i could login with the char, but i changed back to São Paulo and got the same bug, so i changed back to Canada East, and got out of act 1 and tried again in São Paulo gateway and it worked normally, i did it back to see if act 1 town was the cause of the bug and it was true that São Paulo gateway act 1 was bugged for me.
Might be good to have a look in act 1 town in São Paulo gateway to check for any problems when login in, so others dont have the same problem as me, or dont have the time to search for a solution.
