High Latency and Packet Loss - Brazil (SP) Server

Hello everyone,

I am writing to seek some help with a persistent issue of high lag and significant packet loss that I've been experiencing while playing on the Brazilian (São Paulo) server. This has been making the game very difficult and, at times, unplayable.

My internet connection outside of Path of Exile is working perfectly fine. I can browse, stream, and play other online games without any noticeable latency or connection problems. The issue seems to be specific to my connection with the Path of Exile servers.

I am playing through Steam, and my latency in-game is constantly spiking, accompanied by the packet loss icon. This results in frequent stutters, rubber-banding, and delayed skill activation.

Is anyone else on the São Paulo server experiencing similar problems? Any advice on potential solutions or troubleshooting steps I could take would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide that might help diagnose the issue.
