New Cinderswallow Fulcrum interaction

Not sure if intended or not:

New cinderswallow has the line: "enemies ignite by you during effect have malediction".

Fulcrum line: "elemental ailments you inflict are reflected back to you"

Currently, fulcrum reflecting alongside cinderswallow up is causing malediction on myself.

Malediction should not be an elemental ailment - so it should not be reflected by fulcrum.
Does fulcrum reflection count myself as the source? But am I an enemy to myself (maybe? XD)
