[3.26] Sunder Juggernaut - Tipps for more tankiness/survivability

Hello there,
I am currently playing a Sunder Juggernaut and I was wondering, how to increase his Tankiness and Survivability.

I am glad for some Insights - no Karen, this does not mean tips like "play another Class/Skill!"

Here is my current build. I am open for suggestions/changes

For example:
I do not use "Determination" right now, because I do not have enough reservation left, since I already use Blood&Sand and Pride/Herald of Ash for Damage output. And another 50% from Determination would reserve too much of my mana to use Sunder, Leap and my Warcries propperly.
Therefore, I was thinking about "Champion of the Cause" but I am not sure, if this boosts the Increases in Damage & Def.
