Devotion dont work well?

Hi, i'm playing with a hierophant and im using "conviction of power", so i have 4 minimun endurance and power changes.

with a "militant faith", i can adquire the "enduring faith", if i have 150 devotion (it garant +1 to minimum endurance charges).

The problem is i have 150 devotion but i dont receive my +1 to minimum endurance charges.

theres a bug in the jewel, or is not able to combo ascendance with that?

Your minimum can't exceed your maximum charges.
