gem quality challenge bugged

Have a total of 300% quality on all socketed gems challenge is not working

you can see my character has 383 total
120 total in chest, 80 in gloves, 63 in boots, 40 in shield, 40 in weapon, 40 in helm

doing /recheck_achievements does not cause it to trigger, reducing my total to exactly 300 doesn't fix it either.
