Cadigan's Authority Platinum Sceptre bugged similar to The Dark Monarch

I cannot summon more than 2 golems with this sceptre equipped, even though the text of the weapon states" "You cannot have more than 2 summoned totems of the same type".

Doesn't matter what kind of golem I summon, I'm limited to two. If I take it off, summon more golems and equip it, all but two de-spawn.

I tested on Summon Skeletons and Summon Raging spirits and they are both also limited to only two.

Why GGG, I just want to make a golem powered totem build. Send help. T.T
