"The Stampede" boots not working correctly *SOLVED but please take a look, GGG*

currently "The Stampede" Assassin Boots only let you move with 120% movespeed (20% in character sheet) instead of 150%.

Tested with equipment and none equipped. Double checked if I somewhere got action speed reduction, but wasn't the case.

Please fix this! My Cyclone (of Tumult) build is slow as heck now^^


Edit: Nvm, I found the bug. Runegraft of the Bound makes "Your movement speed is 150% of its base value" become "Your movement speed is 120% of its base value" (= +20% movespeed)...

GGG, you might want to consider changing the affix to "Your movement speed is always +50%" That way it's not as confusing if you look into your character sheet and it woulnd't be as hardly nerfed with the Runegraft of the Bound (it not only nerfs your boots but also your base movement in the current iteration).
