Cannot exit Moment of Reverence

After defeating Incarnation of Dread from the quest version and listening to Zana and Eagon talk there's no way to leave the area except logging out. (My first time beating the boss so I can only assume this is always the last boss in the questline)
I don't know what's causing it so I'm just going through all the steps I can think of and then any details:
Starting the fight (after already failing it multiple times) and die a few times before beating Incarnation of Dread. I then walked around a bit looking for the exit and also clicked the Aberration but didn't listen to the end until I found the Portal to Zana. I listened to the Dialogue until the Atlas opened and it said that I should talk to Eagon in Hideout. Now I cannot find a Portal to leave in either of the two areas.
Other details (I don't know which of these might matter so some really small ones):
- I had some visuals not look very clean, this is a hardware issue/I have lower settings
- I did not bring a mercenary (all my mercenaries where dead before I started the fight)
- I had an Animate Guardian die at some point during the fight
- I have Warcries constantly going of via Autoexertion and Phase Run/Immortal Call via Automation
- I picked up every item that dropped
- I'm carrying two quest contract from heist
- I'm using the full Mieschievous Hawker cosmetic set and the awakener's ring effect (altho I didn't use it)
- I'm playing Leap Slam of Groundbreaking Berserker, I share more about my build if that is of any interest
