[POE1 3.26 PS5] Ice Shot of Pen Deadeye - Help pls

Hi,
I'm trying to run a modified version of the Ice Shot of Pen Miner Deadeye from Maxroll, currently lvl 86. Im running a non-Miner version of the build, because I need the leech to survive (cannot leech with mines and am dying bc of that). I have some ballistas as supplement DPS and it is ok to me. The tornado seems to do too little DPS, dont know why they have it.

I started running red maps and I feel I start hitting a wall, but I dont know what I should do about it. I feel I am starting to kill too slowly, but I cant find DPS upgrades, even on trade.

I bought a new bow and crafted % elem dmg on what I could. I switched a ring and the belt with some health.

I forgot that I helped Alira. My chaos res still sucks, but i havent looked into this yet.

I also switched around a bit on the skills and auras, precision was huge.

For the tree, I removed the minor health nodes and took what was locally optimal for dmg in POB.

I was able to get a T15 map done, died twice to the boss, but he had purple attacks so I guess that's because of my chaos res.

Anyway, the passive tree looks very unorthodox, so still taking any help I can get.
