Wine of the Prophet does not apply to minions when using Umbilicus Immortalis

Wine of the Prophet does not apply to spectres when using Umbilicus Immortalis.

The flask was proccing and i could see the buff on my buff list. I got the HH buff and got Shroudwalker, but my specters did not.

Bumping this. Is this intended?

Tested with a number of buffs including:
1) Frenzy Charge on hit
2) All damage can shock
2) +4 Projectiles(to check with proj spectres)
3) Headhunter

These buffs should be EASILY observable on your minions or their enemies and they don't ever apply.

Secondly, using a Perfect Druidic Alchemist with it's passive of 200% Flask effect doesn't seem to interact with the belt or the flask either.

I observed buffs like:

1) +75 Lightning res
2) +4000 Evasion
3) 100% Global Defense and dmg

Tooltips on my character sheet changed to normal values listed on Wine buffs, and not doubled.

ASIDE: If you proc the Headhunter buff with wine, your minion's kills contribute to YOU getting headhunter stacks even without Umbilicus belt. Not sure if this is intended behavior either. I know minion kills look at YOUR rarity value for items, but the Wine buff for the Doctor specifically says:

"When you Kill a Rare monster, you gain its Modifiers for 20 seconds"
