VRAM critical issue

Is there a way to fix the VRAM critical issue? I have never had this issue ever before, only in this league. I keep hitting ciritical, freezing and then it drops to 1.1 GB and then repeats. It used to boot me constantly until the last few days, now it just freezes me and repeats the cycle.

What are your specs (in particular GPU & VRAM) ?
What are your in-game settings? |

" I have more than enough GPU and VRAM to play this game several times over. I have never has this issue ever playing this game until this league. I have everything even set to low and it's not helping. I'm also not the only one on my friends list or in my guild that is also having the issues.
