Volcanic Fissure of Snaking - please help!

Hello fellow gamers,
I am fairly bad at the game, playing trade league and never invested much time to learn how to build my character (mostly due to lack of time). I really enjoy merc mechanic, wanted to play a bit more, but I feel like I am stuck at my progression, I am barely able to do T16, usually utilizing the 6 portal strategy. Tried different atlas strats but can't do most of them due to lack of damage/survivability. Could someone help me figure out what my path of progression from this point should be? I am willing to tip couple of div orbs for being able to know what to farm/go for next. PoB link below.
