Miner's Strike not working - Report 4190143446

The Atlas Passive Miner's Strike is not functioning. I have Atlas Passive Tree II setup with that skill taken and twice now I've have Ore Deposits show up in my maps. I'm using Expedition Scarab's if that mattres.

It seems to still be v3.25 (Straight and Narrow) underneath, and disables Heist.
Easy repro: 1. take any heist node 2. take Miner's Strike -> atlas shows heist text "grayed-out" |

I've miner strike on my atlas 2 too and i still find niko mission in my maps. And i dont do kirac mission.
