How to get to Kingsmarch

When I got teleported to Karui Shores after beating Kitava, my character wouldn't wake up, so I logged out. Since then, I haven't seen Johan with any quest markers in Karui Shores, and I cannot spawn him in hideout.

GGG moved him closer to the end of Karui Shores, he was near the beginning before the tunnel entrance.
