Curse limit bug

I've made this setup:
vixen's entrapment with curse on hit implicit on Animated Guardian. (+1 curse)
Vixen's entrapment with different curse on hit implicit, Windscream and curse on hit ring on mercenary. (+2 curses)
I cast 2 more curses myself and an amulet with +1 curse coruption. (default 1 and +1 additional curse)

I should be able to have 5 curses on enemies but in reality I have 4 as one of the curses get's overwritten during combat as if my curse limit is 4.

EDIT: After playing a while it seems that merc is overwriting both of my curses, meaning I can only have 3 curses at the time on a monster.

EDIT 2: I removed curse gear from merc leaving me with my +1 curse amulet and AG with vixen's. Outcome instead of having 3 curses AG overwrites one of them....

Replaced AG gloves to have no curse. Put back Merc curse gear (vixen,s and ring both with curse on hit and windscream). Can put 3 curses on enemy.
Removed my amulet with +1 curse = 3 curses on enemy.

In summary it looks like I have to somehow put curse limit one member of party: me/AG or merc to actually apply all 5 curses that I want.

Just ran across this same issue while also using mark - whispers of doom on amulet despair + mark from myself - merc with doedres ring and asenaths for temp chains

the mercs temp chains overrides my alchemist mark

tested this and you're correct i put 2 doedres rings on my merc and was able to apply both curses and mark

however now i just wasted 3 golden oils on whispers of doom for myself which does effectively nothing sad
Hi guys, im veteran minion player here and not playing mercenaries league.

But if I assum merc works like AG, maybe i can help u a few.

(im not english based country, so sorry about some language mistakes).


The total count with curses applied to enemies when AG + Player are not splitted...

example, if my AG have Vixen's entrapment + windscream (+2 curses) and the vixen's got double corrupt to frostbite + vuln on hit and the player have same itens Vixen's entrapment + windscream but the gloves with ele weak + flammability, when AG attacks will apply both curses (frost + vuln) but when u attack u will apply both curses and one will override, because ur total limit are 3 and ag are 3 too.

to apply 5 curses u need got +4 curse limit (1 std + 4 extras) and attack after ur AG. So AG will apply 2 and u will apply other 3 (1 self casting and +2 when attackin), that the only wat to got 5 curses in enemy using this AG + player way.
