Galesight, Solaris Circlet doesn't work on Mercenary

I haven't tested the others, but the cold Galesight isn't applying brittle, the LV 83 Kineticist mercenary is still chilling the things it hits with Kinetic Bolt (100% cold convert from Hrimsorrow)
