Betrayal's Sting extra poisons not dealing damage

On my character •R•U•N•E•S•C•A•P•E• I am reasonably sure the extra poisons applied by the ring Betrayal's Sting are either not scaling with player stats or are simply not dealing damage. I tested with golden rule and they are definitely being applied, but across several shaper kills I didn't notice any difference in final phase kill speed wearing the ring vs not.

My gear is not good enough to be at dot cap yet so the effective 40% more damage from one ring would be noticeable.
