Bone Offering block bug

i have bone offering on cast while channeling works if you cast bone offering once. but if you cast bone offering while you already have the buff you lose the buff effects.

It's not only bone offering, flesh offering is similarly bugged too. The bug is when the offerings are refreshed before the end of their duration.

Yup no offerings work if you refresh the buff, I'm assuming it's related to the queens hunger changes with latest patch.

Same here, instead of having perma Flesh and Bone Offering I now have nothing... Build is broken because they fixed a bug noone cared about with unequipping Queen's Hunger and Offerings...

Same issue here.

Same here, issue is with all offerings including when triggered by Queen's hunger. Worked correctly this morning.
