Mercenary bug

I chose to replace my current mercenary with a new one i just encountered.

I lost the fight, but at the same time the Mercenary died to my poison. This resulted in me losing my current mercenary and not getting the new on.

Luckily i removed the items from my mercenary before hand.

As seen on the image, the Mercenary icon is still on the minimap, and the mercenary is dead. Also the button at my skill bar is gone, checked town and mercenary is gone aswell.
