Is the betrayal's sting steel ring bug aknowledged at all?

Hello, the bug of these poisons not doing any dmg is known for days and I didnt see any reaction from GGG. The item is completely dysfunctional like this.

I don't see it in known issues and I don't see any acknowledgement online.
I warped my entire build around using 2 of these rings and they don't work. Set me back several hours early in the league... |

Yeah it really sucks not knowing if this thing even works or not. Have had it on my build for days now and hope we get an answer one way or another

There was no mention in the patch note, very disappointing.
