Enmity's Embrace not applying fire penetration for overcapped fire resistance to skill damage

Enmity's Embrace new unique ring says "Damage Penetrates Fire Resistance equal to your Overcapped Fire Resistance"

My build has over 100 overcapped resist with the ring on, but I dont see any damage boost on my flameblast of celerity totems or even when I try self cast flameblast of celerity.

Is this a bug or did I misunderstand the ring's wording? I tought its the same as Heart of Flame notable "Damage Penetrates 6% Fire Resistance"

im having the same issue, i just did 2 eater of worlds one with the ring and one with a taming instead, taming killed 30 secs faster lol i also have over 100 overcapped fire res and it seems teh ring doesnt work, using rolling magma mines either.

I do take damage damage when using it but it seems inconsistent.

Thank you for testing, but I have rerolled my flameblast of celerity totems character and sold my gear for it.

hi a have analog problem ~100 fire penetration , but its dont work. Name character " Denchik_nekwas "
