Accidentally Clicking on Merc While It is Retreating Opens Zone Window?

Hiya, I stumbled upon this bug. While in a heavy fight, I was clicking frantically (to move) and accidentally clicked what I think was on my mercenary while it was retreating. It opened the offer window and even commented on making a choice to me, but the window shown was not his name or his gear. I closed it and it popped up again so I closed that one as well. I found the actual owner of that window later on in the zone and she offered what I had seen earlier in the zone from my own merc.
