Possible cause for Rog and Tujen bug in kingsmarch?

Was talking to a few different people today about our shared issue with Kingsmarch in Standard with Rog and/or Tujen not giving their respective disenchanting or shipping options.

I think the main cause of this issue is only partially rebuilding Kingsmarch in Settlers league when it was active and that partial completion being transferred to, and subsequently bugging, Kingsmarch in standard.

I know I never had disenchanting services in Settlers, but I DID have shipping and my Tujen works fine, but Rog does not and is obviously bugged.

Others have neither Rog or Tujen working properly.

If anyone else has these issues and can confirm or refute this premise please do so!

Did you play in 3.25 Settlers league? Did you fully upgrade the town or stop playing before the release of 3.26 and the migration of Kingsmarch to standard?

i did upgrade fully on my main (no issues now), but i did not on my alt account which is having this issue

same issue with rog and tujen and i did not play satler league

I don't think you need to fully upgrade the town, as long as you have finish the quest chain of that league

I think that you're right.

I played mainly in SSF Hardcore for Settler's league and both enchanting and shipping are working in SSF Hardcore now.

I have access to shipping but not enchanting in both Standard and SSF parent leagues, where I would have played the Necropolis and Phrecia events and then migrated that state to Standard (only recently/directly to Standard) and SSF Settlers (after the event). As others, I can assign workers to it, but not "talk to Rog about disenchanting" or access the disenchanter inventory.

I had access to mapping and the recombinator in those leagues. I had a runner complete a map in SSF: it completed that other optional quest and gave me a reward, but didn't twig anything for Rog.

Exhausting Raulf's dialogue (multiple times, including greyed out lines) or hiring workers does nothing to affect this issue for me.

I did not play Settlers content in Hardcore trade. Sure enough, disenchanting and everything else works fine in Hardcore. I also only ever got the initial 2000 gold from Raulf in this league where I had no prior Settler's state.

In each of the other three leagues, I had access to Kingsmarch without first talking to Johan in Karui Shores. I did make a point to talk to him, but didn't receive the quest reminder to do so and his exclamation point would never go away after I used his option to travel to Kingsmarch. This may be because I cannot re-complete the initial quests for Kingsmarch in these leagues with Raulf and Johan (they are likely pre-empted by my existing quest state from prior Settler's leagues and events). My "Exploring Kingsmarch" quest was complete in these leagues (the other specific Settler's operation quests showing as complete differ between these leagues).
