Whispers of Infinity Unique Amulet Removes Skill Cost

The amulet is able to completely remove the cost of a skill which costs life (such as reap) instead of just converting the cost to energy shield.

This occurs if the amulet is equipped prior to the skill gem being equipped, where it would otherwise convert the cost to energy shield as expected.

How to replicate:
- Equip Whispers of Infinity
- Equip skill gem that has a life cost
- Equipped skill gem will have NO cost (not energy shield as expected)
