Arn's Anguish

good day! Arn's Anguish belt replaces endurance charges with brutal charges. Previously, charges replaced with a belt were also considered endurance charges. (For example, when selecting a passive node in the "Disciple of the unyielding" tree). Now, when I put on this belt, these and similar nodes do not give anything. Is this a bug or was it intended that way?

" I'm....not convinced that this was ever true. Modifiers to minimum and maximum charges apply to the new charges, but you never received the stats that would be granted for the original charges. Otherwise, there'd have been no drawback to using one of these belts. You have another character on your account that is also using Arn's Anguish. That character is equipped with Ralakesh's Impatience, making you count as though you had your Maximum Endurance charges--which it does even while Arn's Anguish is equipped. This may have been the source of the misunderstanding? |
