Rog not offering disenchant service in standard.

As title, Rog is not offering disenchanting service in standard after the 3.26 patch. I have multiple 90+ characters there, gold in the town bank, at least 4 disenchanting workers assigned to the work queue, talked to everyone in town possible. And still nothing. Rog does have the 3 dialogue options, and the option to sell items, but no disenchantment dialogue.

Same thing for me too. No disenchantment option from Rog.

same for me and also tujen won't let me ship things. I can only sell to them. this seems to be rather common bug.

Same here. Disenchant (in full) & Smithing (quest) only. Shipping works fine.

Same for me: Rog does not have the option to disenchant, only can ask about topics and sell.
