Lightning tendrils of escalation gem damage has not been updated to patch notes numbers

The lighting tendrils of escalation still has its old base damage.

Patch notes:
Lightning Tendrils of Escalation: Now has a Base Cast time of 0.35 seconds (previously 0.23), and a Mana cost of 1-7 at gem levels 1-20 (previously 1-5). Now has 150-290% Effectiveness of Added Damage at gem levels 1-20 (previously 80-150%), and deals 1 to 11 Lighting Damage at gem level 1 (previously 1 to 6), scaling up to 150 to 2858 at gem level 20 (previously 86 to 1633).

Damage in game is even lower than old base damage for some reason, maybe some mistake while coding.

So does it still have old damage numbers or even lower? Maybe you mistaken it for "of Eccentricity" version? Atleast the trade site shows correct numbers. The effectiveness of added damage was a bit nerfed to 140–260% since the patch notes, as showed in the 20/20 gem info news thread.
