Bug Report ID: #1500408959 floating with Elemancer's Weapon Effect

My char starts floating only having the Elemancer's Weapon Effect equipped, like equipping the Karui Elemancer Body Armour. The floating seems permanent - changing weapons or zones doesnt help. Unequipping the weapon stops the floating.
