MTX TRANSFER ISSUE

I wonder if I’m the only one who has been consistently ignored for seven straight months, without receiving a single response to my MTX transfer request emails. How can a support team be so slow that they haven’t managed to reply to even one of my messages? A new league is coming up, and I just want to try out my MTXs.

Hey there, if you have already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com, we will respond to you as soon as we can. We are currently working through a large number of support requests, but please rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Don't worry you're not alone im in the same boat ive been waiting since November 21st 2024 for the one time mtx transfer and haven't had a single reply since then either just nothing also ive never sent any replies to it either.

im on the same boat as you guys, waiting since december...
You're not alone. they keep saying i try to transfer between same platforms when its not. They just ignore
I'm on the same boat. Months keep accumulating, still missing my tabs.
At least they could give us some points to get the tabs/mtx we had on the other accounts.
Same here, sent an email outlining that I would like my one time account merge. That was on December 2nd 2024. No response since then, no acknowledgement that Im even in a queue nor an approximate date when it will be fixed. It has been 8 MONTHS waiting for 1 support ticket.

Im sorry but that is so ridiculously unacceptable its not even funny. What company or support structure has an 8+ month queue for a feature they advertise explicitly and tell you to contact them about.

Seriously, I was cordial and patient for the first few months, never sent in another support ticket so as not to clog up the queue, but at this point you they need to get their **** together.
Even a sea turtle could travel the whole world within this time period. The fact that they couldn't get a single job done about this topic is just insane.
