Please add HongKong server for POE1

As my title, i really cant play in Singapore and Japan, i can play in Singapore if i use VPN but i don't want to because it's not really stable, i really love the Hong Kong Server that you guys added in POE2, it's really great

For some reason Hong Kong seems like the best latency server in SEA, despite we live closer to Singapore, SG ping seem lower but probably more packet loss than HK
Its a good idea to implement HK Server into POE1 like you guy did in POE2 |

As someone NOT from the region under discussion, I can confirm that there's clearly something wrong with the Singapore server. Whenever I go to someone's hideout to trade, loading into Singapore takes 4-5 times as long as literally any other server on the planet.
