103% reduced regen on health and energy shield? really? "No taking damage this map or youll die" come on. Potions counting as regen make this laughable

" Potions aren't regen, and neither is the modifier. The modifier is "recovery rate", which includes anything that recovers a resource over time. This isn't limited to regeneration; it also covers things like recoup and flask recovery. It doesn't cover instant recovery, though, so flasks with modifiers to provide instant recovery will still do so. |
