The screen needs to save which league you've last accessed for displayed characters instead of showing all characters

+1. Agreed, it is annoying that it doesn't remember last league choice. I wonder how many people have hit that "Delete" accidentally?

Thankfully Delete has a confirmation in both games. I got in the habit of double-clicking on characters to indicate "Play" in POE1 to avoid accidentally hitting the wrong button; I often do the same in POE2. We otherwise obtained a muscle memory from POE1 that "Play" is below and to the right side of the character list. Edit: Re-tested the coordinate lag when changing focus back to the game and it is a lot less severe in POE2 than POE1, so rarely an issue as below.

One vaguely related problem, admittedly solved by the confirmation prompt, is that POE1 had a lag in detecting your mouse click position when switching focus back to the game. This can cause the game to think that you clicked on Delete. From testing it seems to be much less of an issue now in POE2.
You click somewhere on the POE window and continue moving your mouse. The game recognizes your click but doesn't check the location until enough time has passed for your mouse to be somewhere else on the screen.
