Altar of Absolution - Grants One Free Respec

I agree with GGG's stance that respec should be hard to maintain character identity. However, it would be a cool feature to find an exceptionally rare encounter found in both the campaign and endgame maps called the "Altar of Absolution," which refunds all of your passive skill points for free. This altar can only be used once before it despawns. If you are lucky enough to find this altar, it would allow your character a fresh start with a free respec...
