Nvidia driver update (576.40) bringing vram/hotspot temp increases.

Got an nvidia update today for the 4070, and now the vrm/hot spot revs up to 110c and kicks in my throttling. I had been playing earlier today without issues there. So hopefully you (ggg) can find some optimization to get that back in control. It happened even idling in hideout.

I dropped my foreground target fps from 120 to 80, and this resolved it for the most part.
