Delirium no on death effects nerfs Warbringer

I know theres not many of us out there but I've been playing shout Warbringer most of the league. Its been fun pairing it with Empires Grasp the clear is insane and rares get melted by the corpse explosion when everything gets vacuumed in.

Delirium completely turns off on death effects making the strongest part of shout warbringer completely disabled. Why is it the only league mechanic that doesnt have the ability to corpse explode? It would be great if this was addressed not sure what the intention is here.
