Regarding Lightbox on Jewel using Exalt, still showing even when the modifier are full (4 mods)

Dear GGG, please give me your opinion regarding this:

For example a rare jewel with 3 modifiers , when you use a exalt ( right click) it will show a lightbox around it , mean you can exalt it, but the problem here, it still have the lightbox even after 4 modifiers, so is it Intended?

because this has been like this from 0.1 but it really annoying when you put it in a stash I dont even know which one still have open mod

Clicking Exalt and the lightbox still showing, but on equiment it didnt show the lightbox, please confirm is this intended?

Can confirm this occurs with any max mod jewel, not just one recently rolled. I just noticed it with Time-Lost Jewels as well, so likely all jewels.

Not the end of the world but it is misleading/annoying and certainly not intended.
