Map Overlay Needs More Accessability / Customization

The map overlay needs tweaks in order to be more accessible tot he visually impaired

1. Ability to customize the size/color/shape of the player marker
2. Ability to zoom without opening the options menu (e.g. shift+mouse wheel up/down)
3. Ability to customize border colors
4. Corner arrows (e.g. to indicate elites/bosses/etc) if you are zoomed in.
