Sorcerer Wand MTX Incompatible with Demonic Ghoul MTX

I have messed around with all my different settings but am unable to get rid of this visual bug unless I take off the Demonic Ghoul Effect. I don't believe this was happening before .02h but I could be wrong. Photos for reference.
