Trial of Sekhemas

I've been enjoying running Trials of sekhemas since last season, but ithink there's a bugs right now on sekhemas. specifically 2nd trial

1st. the 2nd trial most of the time if not all the time if you choose the 2nd or 2nd to the last " hourglass " room. the room doesn't spawn rare mobs and or will only spawn 2-3 rare mobs then stop until the remaining duration of the run.

2nd. onece you get "enfeeble" affliction. somehow even if you remove enfeeble affliction the curse and effect will still remain

Can confirm about the certain Hourglass Trial not spawning rare mobs. Here's the screenshot of the Trial:
