Precursor Towers Tablets bug.

Hi I cleared a Precursor Tower in Standard. I used a six mod Waystone and activated the Beacon in the Map but after finishing there is no Tablet Window opening when I click on the Tower.

There was no Boss in the map but I missed a rare before activating the Beacon.

Is this a Bug or just something that is intended?
