Constantly cant use all skills for 5-20 seconds

As title says. I have no idea what is causing it but randomly, usually a couple times per map, all of my skills become unusable and I run away trying not to die until I randomly can can use them again. The time interval is usually anywhere from 5-20 seconds.

Nothing like not being able to use any skills during a T16 buffed map boss fight and dying to poor game design.

At this rate its gonna be in early access forever as there are still soooo many things these guys need to get figured out.

This is happening at least once a map now. I have linked the build above. Borderline unplayable at this point. Please fix this game or its gonna be dead real quick as everyone is telling you.
